Shipping policy
We typically ship every two or three weeks. This means that the waiting time can vary significantly: it can be very short if the instrument you ordered is available and your order arrives the day before shipping. But it can also be longer if your order arrives the next day. This also means it's very difficult for us to give you a precise date.
Shipping is free for Geographic Europe. A €20 fee (in 2025) will be charged for more distant international destinations such as the Americas, Japan or Australia. We ship worldwide, so, in the case you don't find your country in the destinations list, please contact me.
We are instruments makers and not logistics experts. Whenever possible, it is a good idea to place an order avoiding a complicated switch between several adresses depending on your location.
Your primary requirement should be to obtain the best instrument, and anything deviating from this is not our core craft, potentially leads to mistakes, wasted time on our part, which could mean delayed delivery.
If you're in a hurry, we may be , or may not, the solution to your problem. The best way to fix it is to pick up your phone and call me. I speak native French and fairly decent English. Besides, I'd love to hear your voice, failing a real meeting.
