Refund policy

Right of withdrawal and return of an instrument
I realize that buying a musical instrument remotely from a website without being able to try it out first can be tricky. This is why I allow returns, the objective being to allow each flautist to try the instrument quietly and in the best conditions. Although return requests are rare, it is important to follow some rules to avoid an embarrassing situation for you and me.

The return policy is based on two scenarios:

  • You have not opened the seal, and have not used the instrument. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the instrument. Under these conditions, you will be refunded for the sums you have committed.
  • You have opened the seal, and you're testing the instrument. In this case, I am no longer bound by the legal withdrawal period, and the possibility of a return is a facility that I offer on my own initiative. I consider that a home trial period of 72 hours after receipt is enough to evaluate the instrument. Your return request must therefore be made within this period. The instrument must then be returned in new condition, failing which the refund may be subject to a possible discount.

In any case, common sense prevails and returns after several weeks of use will not be accepted. The objective is to allow you to evaluate the instrument in conditions which are satisfactory for you and compatible with the sustainability of my company.
